On one hand, this band is part of the current generation of industrial-tinged hardcore bands with heaviness verging on deathcore - Code Orange, Harm's Way, Knocked Loose. On the the other hand, this record has surprising depth to it, due to a lot of subtle production touches. There's a good amount of ambience and space, which helps the beatdown parts knock even harder.
